The 28th Eastern Caribbean Securities Market (ECSM) Certification Program Workshop and Examination will be held from the 22nd to the 29th of July and the 8th of August to the 12th of August 2025. The objective of the programme is to familiarise participants with the principles and operations of the ECSM; and to prepare prospective market participants for the ECSM Certification Examination. Download the Registration Form XThe Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission Agreement, 2000 requires the Eastern Caribbean Securities Regulatory Commission (ECSRC) to prepare a statement of its accounts for each financial year, including an income and expenditure account, and balance sheet. These accounts are required to be audited and the auditor’s report and the statement of accounts are required to be submitted to the Monetary Council. Additionally, the ECSRC is required to submit annual reports to the Monetary Council on its activities not later than three months after the end of each financial year.
